Just a month to go before his controversial term as President of the US ends, George W Bush was literally given the boot in Iraq on Sunday.An Iraqi journalist threw two shoes at Bush at a news conference in Baghdad which he was addressing alongside Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki. The attacker missed the target by 15 m as Bush ducked just in time.
